Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year

What: Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year
When: 8/21/2017, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Where: North Elementary School

Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year will begin Aug. 21st @ 9:00 a.m.

Families who are new to our school will need to come in to register their child(ren).

The following items will be needed for registration:

Child's Birth Certificate
Child's Immunization Records
Proof of Residency (i.e. PUD Bill, Rent Contract)
Identification of Parent(s) / Guardian(s)

Students who ended the 2016-2017 School Year at North DO NOT have to re-register, however, if contact information or address did change over the summer, please come in during registration hours and update this information.

La inscripción para el año escolar 2017-2018 comenzará el 21 de Agosto a las 9:00 am.

Las familias que son nuevas en nuestra escuela tendrán que venir a registrar a sus hijos.

Los siguientes elementos serán necesarios para el registro:
• Certificado de nacimiento del niño
• Registro de vacunas del niño
• Prueba de Residencia (es decir, PUD Bill)
• Identificación del (de los) padre (s) / tutor (es)

Los estudiantes que terminaron el año escolar 2016-2017 en North NO tienen que volver a registrarse, sin embargo, si la información de contacto o la dirección cambió durante el verano, por favor venga durante las horas de registro y actualizar esta información.
