ToothSavers is coming to North Elementary

North Families,
ToothSavers will be visiting North Elementary on December 17, 2026! Your child should be bringing home a permission form.
 Important Reminders:

• This is the second round of permission forms we have sent home. If you have already turned in a form, you do not need to submit another one.
• Please complete and sign the form, then return it to the North office.
•  You may also sign up your child online at www.MySchoolDentist.com.

 All permission forms are due by Friday, November 6, 2026.
